KIWASCO – Kisumu Water
and Sewerage Company Limited; A client to PFK Consulting Limited, wishes to
recruit the Head of Human Resources and Administration.
Duties:
- To develop and implement Human Resource policies and procedures aligned to company strategic business goals.
- To manage the full spectrum of human resources function, including recruitment, induction, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- To develop and implement effective performance management systems.
- To develop and maintain updated job descriptions and competency profiles for the company and to oversee the maintenance, storage and security of records s well as coordination administrative support services.
- To oversee the implementation of an effective human resource management information system.
Requirements:
- Masters qualification (MBA) will be a added advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/or related field
- Higher Diploma ¡n Human Resource Management
- Eight (8) years relevant work experience with at least 3 years served at a senior management level.
