Our client is looking for a BRC team leader.
Requirements:
• The successful candidate must be a micro biologist or food technologist.
• Must have at least 2 years BRC experience.
Duties:
• Day to day control of the company’s systems, i.e. Hygiene Checklist
• Ensuring that glass audit checks are performed at defined interval
• Ensuring timely micro-biological swab testing from service provider
• To supervise and ensure that pest control activities are carried out
• Conducting training for new employees and refresher for existing staff
• Ensuring proper waste disposal
• To carry out insect analysis
• Ensuring the proper usage of PPE’s
• Liaising with calibration agencies for measuring equipments annual calibration
• Coordinating and conducting Internal Quality Audits as per the laid down system
• Coordinating and conducting the senior management review meeting as per the laid down system

Coordinating with suppliers and customer on matters relating to the
company’s system, i.e. supplier audit, customer visits etc
Salary: 60- 80,000 Kshs
