Job Purpose/Summary


The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible developing PR and CSR objectives in line with the bank’s strategies. He/She will enhance and promote the brand equity by engaging media and key stakeholder, promote customer and partner success stories among influencer audiences and help the Bank establish a strong market leadership position.

Duties and Responsibilities
 Translate Company’s business objectives into creative executable corporate communications strategies and programs
 Demonstrate strong judgement in understanding key trends and news elements to develop a successful PR program with proactive and responsive media relations activities
 Demonstrate good strategic thinking and planning abilities
 Build, maintain and expand our relationship with industry analysts
 Act as a PR champion with thorough knowledge of developing, implementing and delivering the appropriate communication vehicles to achieve the desired PR results
 Interact with senior company management, external resources such as agencies to provide strategic counsel to key executive spokespeople on relevant PR activities and programs
 Execution of brand strategy and management of the SME toolkit

Minimum Requirements

 Degree in Public Relations or Communications from a recognised institution
 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a vibrant industry
 Proven track record leveraging entire marketing mix to successfully promote and drive success among media and influencer

 Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
 Strong project management and organisational skills
 Strong communication skills
 Ability to produce high quality work under strict and constant deadlines with an eye for detail and accuracy
