Position: Micro Finance Loan Officers
(Salary 12,000 + Commission)
Our client in a Micro Finance with national reach, registered by the Central Bank of Kenya. They are seeking Micro Finance Loan Officers to join them in their nation wide Sacco.
They are looking for several employees to serve them in the following regions of the country namely; Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Western Region and Wote Machakos.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting clients and business appraisal Disbursement and processing of loans
Forming groups and maintaining a relationship with each group with frequent visits
Offering clients superb customer service
Training clients on business management and dynamics
Collection of repayment
Reporting on performance skills
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year in sales
Diploma in Business Management or Banking, CPA, ACCA
Prior experience in direct sales in insurance, cooperatives and direct sales are the preferred options for the job
