Position: Auditor (Salary 100-120K)
Our client is An NGO that deals with African Farms and Markets. They are looking for an Auditor.
The purpose of this job is to ensure compliance with internal and
external regulations, whilst maintaining a best practice environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, organise and carry out the audit function for the organization
Collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
Examining company accounts and financial control systems
Gauging levels of financial risk within organisations
Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
Ensuring that assets are safeguarded
Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should, and advising on changes to be made
Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
Undertaking reviews of wages
Coordinate with the external auditors
Audit the utilization of donor funds disbursed to various projects

Educational requirements
Bachelors degree in any Business related
Be a fully qualified Accountant (CPA or equivalent)
Be a member of ICPAK or such professional body
3 years experience in carrying out internal audit function in a busy financial institution, NGO or donor funded programme
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
High level of integrity and good work ethics
Able to work well in a team
Be result oriented and have initiative
Must be a saved Christian
Bachelors degree in any Business related
