Job Objective
The
University Nurse will be responsible for the provision and management
of healthcare services for both staff and students of KCAU
Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop and ensure the implementation of health strategies and budgets for KCAU;
Develop and oversee the implementation of healthcare policies and procedures for both staff and students;
Manage the Healthcare services for KCAU and ensure that the department is able to meet its operating costs;
Provide counseling services and
Ensure the effective reporting on healthcare activities
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Professional qualification in Counseling is mandatory
At least 3 years relevant experience
Other Skills and Competences
Excellent analytical skills;
Well developed report writing skills;
Demonstrated supervisory skills;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Guidance and counseling skills;
