Position: Retail Branch Expansion Manager
Reporting To: Head of Business Growth
Overall Job Purpose: The position drives the strategic identification, acquisition and growth of the Agency Bank retail footprint and network across Kenya.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify Retail outlets to partner with or to operate in as stand alone branches
- Assess commercial viability of any identified retail outlet.
- Facilitate and drive negotiations on commercial terms between the Agency Bank and retail partners or landlords where applicable.
- Provide support for the process of on boarding of partners as the roll out takes place.
- Drive and close legal and administrative agreements between the bank and the identified partners.
Number of partners successfully onboard
Timely and accurate assessment of commercial viability of retail outlets
Timely close of agreements between the bank and its partners
Sound Legal and administrative agreements in place
Qualifications
Business related degree
Over 4 years experience in Business development in a similar setting
Exposure to client relationship management
A masters degree an added advantage
Disposition
Strong communicator with very good interpersonal skills
A strong negotiator
Entrepreneurial/ Commercial Orientation
