Abilities
• To create effective content on product, process and skills for sales people.
• Get an in-depth understanding of the training requirements
• Update knowledge about the competition, company products and pricing
• Constructing learning solutions while ensuring quality norms
• Creating facilitator and participant guide as well as other training material
• Conduct field study as and when required to obtain ground data level.
• Train the trainers for trainer for the content created
Education Qualification
• Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate/ MBA/ Graduate in English Literature or Mass
Communication
Skills and Knowledge:
• Must have created or content or conduced training for the telecom industry
• Raining experience with good writing skills
• Applicants from Telecom/FMCG industry with sales experience preferred
