Internship Opportunity - Classifieds Moderator

OLX is looking for a 3 months - full time intern.

At OLX, our Moderators are key players to the advancement of online classifieds in Kenya. They decide what goes live on our site and what doesn’t. There is now an opportunity to be part of this.

We are looking for someone who has:
Has an eye for fine detail
Great written and oral communication skills(English and Kiswahili)
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of online classifieds Knows how to read between the lines and knows that when a deal is too good to be true,
probably is.
Strong decision making skills

Duties and responsibilities
Deciding which ads to be published while observing the set guidelines
Publishing of high quality advertisements on our site.
Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets set by the Line Manager.
Resolving customer complaints, questions and queries via phone, email, social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Blog, etc.), online chat with direction from the customer service manager
Ensures Advertisement s are published to the site on time
Contacting customers as provided by the Customer Service Manager to clarify reasons for ad deletion.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Communication or Business Administration and related fields. Highly proficient in Ms-office computer packages Highly proficient in English and Kiswahili.
