Residential Sales Team Leader Jobs (150k+Commission)

Our client is in the process of developing  first five-star residential resort in Mombasa Kenya and seeks a Residential Sales Team Leader.

Job Role
The successful team leader will be energetic, outgoing and result driven. His/her main responsibility will be sale of a variety of luxury residences locally and internationally. S/he will need to posses good contacts and be able to interact at high level.

Qualifications
 
•    A basic degree
•    At least 5 years sales leadership experience in either real estate or hospitality is required.
•    Training in sales and marketing is also desirable
•    Possesses good conceptualization skills and be able to assist the sales team to meet their targets
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills
•    Strong planning and organizing skills including a thorough and methodical approach
•    Must be result oriented and an excellent communicator both orally and in writing
•    Should be a person who is passionate, mature, honest, responsible, enthusiastic to learn, change oriented and people focused
•    Able to work under pressure and with short time lines, schedule and prioritize projects, accept criticism and others’ ideas
•    Be a team player who is a problem solver, enthusiastic, highly motivated and able to multi-task
•    Have good communication skills with regard to written, drawn and verbal and presentation skills.
